As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of approximately 170 properties and proactively servicing the needs of your landlords and tenants to the highest standard.
We are seeking an experienced individual who enjoys working in portfolio style management and appreciates the benefits of bouncing ideas off Property Management colleagues to all be the best you can be!
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Property Manager
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A focus on, and genuine appreciation for, excellent customer service
- Current Certificate of Registration and own transport.
Experience working with REST software would be a distinct advantage however a willingness to learn and a passion for building a long-term career with an Employer of Choice will be key to a candidate's success.
