Job Description

Our client is a leader within their field playing a vital role in the coal supply chain, working closely with all key industry participants and customers in both the domestic and export markets. They are currently seeking a temporary resource, for immediate start, until August 2021, 38 hours per week to assist their Health and Safety team to administer their health and wellbeing program.

We are seeking a candidate with very strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a large amount of data while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Previous medical administration experience will be looked upon favourably however if you are a competent administrator who is quick to learn, good with excel and shows initiative, we would still love to hear from you!

Day to day duties of the role will include:

  • Co-ordination of pre-employment and periodic medicals
  • Management of drug and alcohol testing
  • High volume data entry
  • Support and monitor administrative requirements for occupational hygiene requirements
  • Assist with review and monitoring and workers compensation case activities
  • General administration of health promotion, surveillance, and wellbeing initiatives
