With a growing demand in the industry, our client is seeking 2x Customer Care Consultants to join the high performing and engaging team at their Charlestown office in the CTP claims department.

About the Role

Working closely with the Case Reviewer and Team Leader of the CTP claims department, the Customer Care Consultants are responsible for frontline customer service, including effectively managing inbound customer enquiries in line with business charter and service standards, educating customers and building a rapport where required, and ownership of case management.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high standard of customer service and proven attention to detail. To be successful in your application for this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience or understanding of CTP claims or common law
  • At least two years' experience within a similar role
  • High level interpersonal skills to successfully engage with a diverse customer base
  • Ability to prioritise and manage your time well while working autonomously
  • Sound decision making skills
