Day to day your duties will be to:

  • Answer and respond to general enquiries via phone and email

  • Build clients relationship with the fund

  • Proactively contact customers to resolve enquires and value add

  • Comply with fund and regulatory requirements

  • Perform general administrative tasks

  • Support other teams within the organisation with customer follow up

To be considered for these roles you will have a natural flair for customer engagement and the drive to deliver first call resolution. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to change and communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of clients. We are recruiting 2 roles on permanent basis, and both full time (ideally) and part time hours are on offer. The span of hours for the contact centre are between 8:00 - 6:00 Monday to Friday and we are ideally looking for candidates with the flexibility to work 7.5-hour days across these hours.
