Job Description

  • Workers Compensation Administration
  • Full time temp roles until end September - potential for extension
  • $31.65 + super per hour

Our client, a market leader in the Insurance industry, is seeking a number of customer-service focused, administration superstars for full time temporary roles until the end of September.

Working within workers compensation case management teams, duties will vary dependant on skills and individual strengths but may include:

  • Liaison with medical practitioners, employers and injured workers
  • Reviewing treatment requests
  • Assessing liability
  • General administrative support

Experience within a workers' compensation case management environment is not required; instead we are seeking candidates with a strong customer service/administrative background. Most vitally, we are seeking those who display enthusiasm and positivity, are process driven and are flexible to take direction and complete whatever tasks are thrown their way!
