Some duties include:
- Contribute to the accurate and timely processing of a wide range of payroll matters, utilizing the Ascender HRIS, HP Records Manager (TRIM) and associated systems.
- Resolve a range of employee enquiries relating to pay and entitlements, particularly in the areas of superannuation salary packaging and overpayments.
- Comply with the University's obligations under relevant legislation including; the UniSuper Trust Deed, Employment Awards and Agreements and Audit Acts.
- Provide advice on remuneration and benefit activities in particular, payroll processing including salary, wages, allowances, leave, taxation and deduction.
- Liaise with relevant Financial Services staff to ensure accurate fortnightly/monthly/annual reconciliations are achieved.
