About the opportunity
The Regional Leader will lead a portfolio of Reflections Holidays’ coastal and inland parks from Brunswick Heads in the north, to Yamba in the south and Copeton in the west. The ideal location for the Regional Leader to be living is in and around the Ballina and Lennox Head area.

As Regional Leader you will:
Grow the business – Identify new business opportunities in addition to securing and growing existing business.
Build capability and capacity – Allocate resources and enhance the capability and capacity of individuals and teams across your portfolio.
Attract and retain the best talent – Further enhance the Reflections brand across your geographical portfolio to attract, develop and retain top performing talent.
Elevate performance – Build and leverage cross-functional partnerships across the organisation.
About you
We are looking for an experienced, innovative, and engaging leader who has experience in a multi-site management role, ideally in tourism, hospitality, or retail. Being effective whether on-site or from afar is key to success in this role and you will enjoy traveling as part of your role.
Other key skills and attributes we are seeking include:
Proven track record of successful business management, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning, financial management and resource allocation.
Sound commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset to develop new income streams.
Proven experience building meaningful and beneficial relationships and partnerships, with a focus on community engagement.
High level of emotional intelligence with a talent for interpersonal effectiveness.
As a leader who loves to continuously learn, you are known for proactively building the capacity and capability of teams beyond what they may have ever thought was possible!
