Looking to the future they are focused on harnessing the best talent for their business and are now looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join their People and Culture team.
About the role
In this critical role, you will be accountable for the management of end-to-end recruitment and selection process for the business. Partnering with the operational areas as well as the broader People team, you will meet agreed service levels for internal and external stakeholders for all recruitment and selection activities.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
End-to-end recruitment and selection activities
Stakeholder liaison, working closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs
Recruitment administration including strong adherence to documented processes
Providing recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities
Compliance to procedures relating safety to contribute to a strong safety culture
About you
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Recruitment or Human Resources administration experience
Experience in a blue-collar environment working with trades, heavy industry, mining or similar
Knowledge and understanding of Fair Work Australia legislation and application of Enterprise Agreements and modern awards
Excellent organisational and administration skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet deadlines and manage fluctuating workloads
Experience in Microsoft suite, experience in Page Up advantageous but not essential
Demonstrated ability to influence and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders
