Job Description

Our client, a high-profile local employer of choice is seeking an experienced Records Governance Advisor, initially for a 9-month fixed term contract arrangement, with an immediate start available.

Reporting to the Manager, Records Governance Services, this role is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of a contemporary Records and Information Management system across the organisation.

Key objectives will be to:

  • Support the implementation, training and management of the organisations electronic document and records management systems (EDRMS)

  • Become the subject matter expert and provide support in the roll out of the enterprise wide EDRMS;

  • Provide input to ensure there is continuous improvement relating to best practice records and information management; and

  • Assist in the documentation of business processes

 

Ideal experience we are seeking:

  • A degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise, or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields

  • Demonstrated customer focused records management experience

  • The ability to business partner with stakeholders to deliver a quality records management outcome.

  • Capacity to deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, and the ability to communicate the value adding of recordkeeping compliance responsibilities.

  • Relevant legislative knowledge

  • TRIM experience
