Temporary to permanent opportunity
Hunter Pain Specialists has been operating since 1999 and is Australia’s leading and most experienced Private Pain Management Clinic. With the growth and expansion of their services, they are now seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be engaged on a temporary basis initially with the potential to convert to a permanent role.
To be considered you will be available Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 7.30am – 6.00pm (8-hour shifts) and have some flexibility to scale up to cover other days for annual/sick leave coverage where necessary. You will also be required to travel to their Tuggerah clinic once a month. For training, the successful applicant will be required to work 4 x 5hr days for two weeks.
General duties of the role will include:
Front office Reception duties
Preparation of clinic files
Coordination of appointments
General admin support including scanning, filing and mail
Previous medical experience and exposure to Genie would be looked upon favourably however is not essential. A customer focused approach with a willingness to take on responsibility is fundamental to this role and the successful applicant will be rewarded with a happy and professional work environment along with a competitive hourly rate.
