Our client is a well-known and highly respected community based organisation. Due to internal secondment, we are seeking a talented Receptionist/Events and Fundraising Administrator to join their team on a full time temporary basis, commencing ASAP, until February 2022.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate a positive, “will do” attitude and a passion for delivering the following:
Professional and efficient customer service on reception including answering phones, greeting and assisting visitors, coordinating deliveries, mail and couriers
Providing support to the Fundraising and Marketing team in the coordination and delivery of events, attending and providing assistance at events as required
Providing support to the Support Group Coordinator in relation to volunteer administration and support group documentation
General facilities management support
Maintaining accurate input of data into the organisation’s CRM system
Liaison with the Finance team on a range of transactional and data entry tasks (receipts, payments)
To be considered you will have:
3 years’ experience in a reception and administration support role
A current NSW Driver License
Strong attention to detail and a client focused approach!
