12-month casual on hire project role – 20 hours per week
Be part of an exciting pilot program, make a true difference!
Supportive and collaborative team environment
Our client, Singleton Council are a dynamic, multi-skilled, diverse group of people who share the same passion — to deliver outstanding services and outcomes for the community. They have a clear Community Vision being – Singleton. Vibrant, progressive, connected, sustainable and resilient.
In response to identified local needs, they are establishing The Singleton Worker Pathways Program, which is designed to provide a navigation and referral style employment, skills, and career service for Singleton residents that will offer individually tailored direction. Within this program, there is a specific program track to develop an indigenous pathways program to support the indigenous community within Singleton that will seek to consult with this community, understand the needs of this cohort and develop a pathways program that aligns with the wider program but addresses the specific needs of the Singleton Indigenous worker and youth community.
To support this exciting initiative, they are seeking an Indigenous Employment Pathways Advisor to join the team, 20 hours per week for 12 months on a casual on hire basis!
