About the opportunity
This unique role embodies two key focuses, combining the responsibilities of Executive Assistant and Client Services Associate. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting one of Newcastle’s leading female agents, Natalie Tonks and her broader team. You will be the right hand to this industry leader, providing unparalleled administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Additionally, you will enjoy variety in the Client Services element of the position, where your focus on sales will be paramount. Serving as the backbone of operations, you will embody Presence’s commitment to excellence and top-tier client service, ensuring that every interaction not only meets but exceeds expectations, ultimately driving sales and revenue growth!

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external parties, to coordinate a variety of tasks/appointments and meetings.

  • Handling sales enquiries, both over the phone and electronically.

  • Ensure that all new vendor experiences reflect the brand values and service.

  • Preparation and marketing of new listing, including coordinating photo shoots, floor plans and agent branding.

  • Coordinating and attending pre-sale inspections when required.

  • Preparation of auction packs and open home packs.

  • Ensure that all tasks related to the sales process are carried out in a timely manner and communicated to the vendor.

  • Attending open homes when needed, therefore your availability to work the occasional Saturday will be required.

  • All ad hoc general administration duties.

About you
To thrive in this role the ideal candidate will:

  • Be passionate about real estate and have determination to be a high performer!

  • Proven experience in high level support preferably within a sales-driven environment

  • Able to demonstrate initiative and be proactive.

  • Be an effective communicator that has an adapted working style.

  • Be someone that thrives within a role where no two days look the same – enjoy variety!

  • Strong operational administration skills and high computer literacy.

  • A current driver's licence and vehicle essential.
