About the Opportunity
After embarking on an exciting new pilot program in 2023 within the Health Care industry, our client has built a small team of vibrant, customer-centric individuals to provide first-class customer service to their patients within a small, close-knit phone-based hub!  
With the pilot program now moving into its next stage of growth, the team is seeking an experienced Team Lead who shares the same vision of providing an engaging and professional customer-first approach, whilst adding a level of energy and direction within the day-to-day operations of the team, as they continue to grow.
Excitingly, this team does not focus on “selling” but instead being a value add for existing clients, assisting them in making bookings and follow-up appointments. Success is measured across the team through achievable, team-based goals, with an emphasis on providing a professional, engaging, and empathetic experience with each interaction. 
Your day will be varied, from general operational support to the team, managing performance management, reporting on metrics as well as being hands-on with the team on the phones!

You are passionate about customer experience, leading by example with great phone manner and an ability to engage professionally and sensitively over the phone. You have a creative flare and an ability to engage your team through fun and achievable incentive plans to keep them on track to achieve their goals! You will be excited by the prospect of bringing your call centre leadership experience and becoming instrumental in continuing the upward trajectory of the centre!
