Located at Honeysuckle in the heart of Newcastle, Hunter Water Corporation provides drinking water, wastewater and recycled water services to a population approaching 600,000 people in homes and businesses across the Lower Hunter. Currently, there is the opportunity for 3 Customer Experience Representatives to join the team, initially for 4 months, however, there will be potential to extend beyond this period! 

We are seeking candidates available to work 35 hours per week, between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (7.5 hour shifts)
The key focus of these roles is to provide superior customer service both over the phone and face-to-face. 

Day-to-day duties will include: 
  • Responding to inbound customer calls 
  • Managing front counter enquiries 
  • Responding to online enquiries 
  • Administration processing
  • Recording and maintaining relevant information on corporate information systems
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer-related queries.
You will be supported by the most experienced and talented CX specialists
Hunter Water’s Customer Experience team has again, recently been ranked number one position in a nationally recognised Customer Experience mystery shopping program. This exceptional achievement means that you will be trained, supported and work within a high-performing Customer Experience team that will ensure your skill set remains diverse and best practice, in line with fundamental and valuable customer experience principles.
  
Training will be 35 hours per week for approximately 2 weeks, commencing on the 3rd of June 2024.
