Our client, Havwoods Australia, is a leading global specialist uniquely placed to provide customers with premium flooring solutions for residential and commercial applications. Known for their innovation and forward thinking, they have an extensive and loyal network of customers which include 1000’s of architects, interior designers and builders.
With expansion plans we are currently seeking a Client Care Executive to join their stable cohesive team in the Melbourne showroom. We are looking for passionate and dedicated sales professionals who strive to delight their clients.
About this role
As a Client Care Executive, you will bring the Havwoods’ values of integrity, quality, collaboration and high performance to life by managing leads and incoming customer enquiries in a space that makes the specifying and product selection process simple, enjoyable and comfortable.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for interacting with clients by phone and face to face to provide advice and guidance on product selection and to optimise opportunities for new leads and sales. In this role you will be interacting with clients primarily on the phone in a showroom/office environment and primarily be engaging with their loyal network of architects, builders, and designers. Day to day you will generate quotes, follow up sales opportunities by phone to convert and on occasions engage in Showroom Marketing Events.

About you
We are seeking candidates who have:
Passion for sales and an understanding of the activities that drive sales
An understanding of the sales qualification process, and experience in identifying and following up new leads
Demonstrated results in a sales environment
Professional presentation with the desire
A drive to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence
Track record of providing quality advice and guidance on product selections,
A desire to continually learn and build upon your product knowledge
A proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) and CRM systems
An understanding of the relationship between specifiers and end users/trade is desirable
