Responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to facilitate licencing of activities on their managed land, our client is seeking to appoint a Licensing, Contracts and Administration Support superstar to join their busy and dynamic team on a temporary basis.
Your role will be diverse and is designed to provide administrative support to the Contracts and Procurement Manager and Group Manage Corporate Services, as well as coordination support for Fleet administration.
We are looking for:
Strong administration experience
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues, including the ability to research and source information required; and to interpret and apply information appropriately
Development and maintenance experience of divisional policies and procedures
Ability to follow procedure
Customer focus, both internal and external
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Teams, Word & Excel
