About the role
The Accounts Administrator is an important cog in the wheel of the administration team at Swansea RSL. You will support the Office Manager in all aspects of administration including accounts receivable and payable, stock control and reconciliations. No two days are the same as you interact with customers and learn the ropes of accounts and administration.
Day-to-day you will and have the following primary responsibilities:
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Bank, Eftpos and ATM reconciliations
Stock control and monthly stock take
Assisting with payroll
Answering phones and providing great customer service
Assist with the reconciliation of events’ holding accounts
Daily banking
Assisting on Club reception at times
About you
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Either studying an accounts/bookkeeping qualification or a willingness to study
Well-presented and professional
Proactive and naturally displays initiative
Strong attention to detail
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
A friendly personal manner
Tech savvy and a quick learner
Customer focused with an ability to provide great customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
COVID-19 vaccination is a mandatory requirement for this position

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 38 hours, with the option of flexibility around working hours, if required.
