 Rachael joined peoplefusion in early 2022 as a Recruitment Associate. In this role, Rachael plays a vital and pivotal part in the Recruitment Team. She actively sources high-quality candidates for current job opportunities, having them interviewed and ready-to-go for the hottest opportunities in the market. She is also the first point of contact for candidates registering to work for new opportunities. Rachael loves helping candidates find their ideal “next” position; from their initial conversation, right through the process, to landing their dream role.

Prior to her position as a Recruitment Associate, Rachael owned her own business for seven years where she performed a range of marketing, finance, and administration tasks. With a wealth of experience across a variety of roles, Rachael has had almost a decade in Local Government ranging from Executive Assistant, Finance Administration and Customer Service positions with an earlier grounding in the Call Centre environment. In all these roles there were elements of the HR function where she honed her skills in recruitment, training, and performance management.

Rachael loves the supportive team environment at peoplefusion, and how everyone is passionate about helping each other to achieve their goals in their role.

If she could pass on any words of wisdom to give to a potential candidate, it would be to: “have a think about what you really want and put it forward” as peoplefusion are all about making people’s wish lists a reality. They care about the cultural fit and long-term prospects of their candidates.
