Natalie is highly versatile, with a rich property and event management background. With a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Diploma in Business (Marketing) with a Major in Event Management and a Real Estate License, Natalie is the type of professional you want to work on your side!
For 11 years, Natalie successfully operated Carnelian Property Management, a property management-only real estate agency based in Newcastle. During their tenure, they led a team of six and increased the agency's property portfolio to 270 properties. Before founding Carnelian Property Management, Natalie spent seven years in event management in Sydney. She started her career by coordinating two Rock Eisteddfod Challenge national tours before moving on to become Tour and Event Coordinator for Pow Wow Events, where she was responsible for organising tours of international speakers, such as Robert Kiyosaki of ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’ fame. Later, Natalie held a Corporate Event Coordinator role with the Dockside Group, which is a portfolio of eight Sydney waterfront venues, where she coordinated various corporate and private events.
Aside from her professional achievements, Natalie is also passionate about working with a team, having fun, helping people find their next role and being fulfilled as she does it. She loves to bake and is known for her impressive Bundt cakes. When she’s not at work, you can find Natalie enjoying great food and wine and spending time with her family and friends. Fun fact: Natalie was also a voice-over artist, and her recording was playing at Newcastle Airport!
