peoplefusion is partnering with a range of reputable organisations across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter Region and is currently building a strong network of finance professionals for upcoming temporary, fixed-term contract and permanent opportunities.

We are calling all finance professionals from payroll and transactional finance through to assistant and management accounting who are open to varied assignments, contract work or permanent career moves.

Senior Management Accountant – 3 to 6 Month Contract

Assignments vary in length and scope,  from short-term leave coverage and project-based contracts to longer-term and permanent roles,  offering exposure to diverse industries and professional environments.

About You

We’re keen to hear from finance professionals who demonstrate:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • High levels of confidentiality and professionalism

  • Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments

  • Experience with payroll legislation, reconciliations, and compliance

  • Confidence using financial systems and ERP platforms

  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
