Our clients in the Insurance Building industry are seeking multiple customer service professionals to step in to assist their need to scale up quickly in response to unprecedented weather events nationally.

We are currently recruiting multiple roles across three key functions to assist their customers to ensure a quick and efficient service is provided. 
We are seeking experienced and resilient candidates, who are flexible and quick to learn and who can hit the ground running to take the pressure off their existing teams in the following roles:

  • Customer Support Officer

  • Customer Service Officer

  • Data Entry Officer

Commencement: ASAP
Location: In Office, Cardiff 
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday in office
Hourly Rate: $35 per hour 

The successful candidates will possess strong administration and customer service skills. High-volume call centre experience would be well regarded, as would any type of building/construction industry experience. These roles require resilient individuals who can effectively communicate with people who may be distressed, elderly, or vulnerable.

Customer Support Officer 
Duration: initially until June 2024.
From the smallest to largest repair involving medium-density and low-rise residential homes, our swift call to action minimises waiting times and anticipation of the unknown’ for our clients. You'll be a hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment, given the type of calls you'll be taking. Your role will be responsible for the allocation of trades for make-safe and repairs while receiving/triaging incoming calls from clients and insurance companies. You will also be a liaison between both the insurer and the customer, ensuring both parties are updated and on the same page regarding timeframes and next actions  

Customer Service Officer – Inbound Calls
Duration:an initial 8 weeks, up to end of May 2024
To excel in this role, you’ll have experience in a fast-paced, high volume call centre environment where you’ve been the first point of contact for triaging customer, client, and internal employees calls, providing a solution or next point of action for each call. With prior experience working across multiple programs and having an ability to multi-task like no other, you’ll be a natural on the phones and behind the scenes when it comes to updating information and accurately processing administrative information where required.

No two calls will be the same, working with both internal stakeholders such as Trades and Maintenance Crews, Customers calling about their active Insurance Claims, or Insurers calling for updates on repairs. You’ll be adaptable and versatile when it comes to thinking on your feet and triaging to the correct stakeholder.

Data Entry Officer
Duration:an initial period until June 2024
With a stronger focus on attention to detail than pace, this role requires you to assess reports and upload them into the customer portal. This role is ideal for those experienced with reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy at all times. Although you’ll be playing a key role behind the scenes, you will still have a customer experience flare in being able to jump in and assist with some overflow of customer care if required.
