Are you a highly organised and polished professional who thrives in a dynamic, corporate environment? We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level executive support to a small group of Senior Leaders within a well-established organisation operating in the energy and industrial solutions sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, managing competing priorities, and building strong professional relationships. Initially offered as a temporary opportunity, this role has strong potential to transition to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide proactive, confidential administrative support to three members of the Senior Leadership Team
Manage multiple executive calendars, prioritising tasks and appointments to maximise efficiency
Coordinate meetings including agendas, minutes, room bookings and follow-up actions
Organise high-quality internal and external events and functions
Assist with monthly board and executive reporting, working closely with the CEO and CFO
Liaise with stakeholders including senior internal leaders and external partners
Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and corporate credit card reconciliations
Delegate tasks and manage workflows on behalf of executives with sound judgement
Maintain effective internal communications and reporting for the leadership team
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience supporting executives or senior leaders in a corporate setting
Advanced MS Office skills and excellent written/verbal communication
Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when handling confidential matters
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
Ability to work autonomously and use initiative to problem-solve and prioritise
