We’re looking for a confident, phone-based Customer Service Officer to support a busy clinic during a peak period. This is a short-term temporary role where language skills are critical — your ability to connect with Cantonese-speaking customers will be the key to success.
Your focus will be simple and clear: make outbound calls and secure bookings.
This assignment is expected to run for 1–2 months, with consistent weekday hours and a clearly defined scope.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making high-volume outbound calls (around 90%) to existing customers
- Booking and rebooking appointments using set scripts and processes
- Handling a small number of inbound return calls
- Delivering warm, professional customer service over the phone
- Cantonese – essential (top priority)
- Mandarin – highly regarded
- Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 4:30pm
- Onsite role based in Glendale
- Fluent in Cantonese and confident speaking with customers by phone
- Comfortable with outbound calling and booking conversations
- Customer-focused, reliable and professional
- Happy to commit to a short-term temporary assignment in a structured calling environment
