About the opportunity
Our client is currently seeking an Administrator with proven experience working for Corporate and/or Operational teams to join their business. This is a challenging and dynamic position which will focus on providing high level administration support to the Divisional Manager for Health Safety and Quality (HSEQT) and Operational HSEQT teams as required. The role is backfilling an internal 6-month secondment based on site, and has the opportunity to convert to permanency for the right candidate!
Ideally you will be able to commence early mornings (7am) for the induction portion of the role, however there is flexibility around this on certain days.
  
Some key responsibilities include:

  • Booking and coordinating training requests

  • Coordinating and conducting staff inductions

  • Reporting on training and expenditure

  • Create and maintain staff training files

About you
 This position would suit an experienced Administrator with a passion for continual improvement, efficiency, quality of work and compliance. You will preferably have prior administration experience working with WHS, Environment, Systems, Quality and/or Training teams. As well as proficient computer skills using systems and Microsoft Suite, candidates must have a current minimum Class C driver's license.
