We are seeking experienced Accounts Payable Officers to step into busy, high-volume finance environments. This is a great opportunity to utilise your AP expertise, keep things running smoothly within organisations based in Newcastle and the Hunter Region.
Typical Responsibilities
Accurate and timely data entry of supplier invoices
Managing high-volume accounts with varying supplier demands
Supporting end-of-month processing and ensuring deadlines are met

What We’re Looking For
Demonstrated accounts payable experience in medium-to-large organisations
Strong attention to detail with speed and accuracy in data entry
Ability to manage fluctuating workloads and remain calm at peak times
Flexible approach to short-term assignments
