About the role
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager - Office Products, the Sales Executive will be responsible for the account management of existing clients along with developing new client business relationships. The objective of the role is to promote and develop the suite of Sharp Office products and service whilst growing the division through superior customer service. Management and development of long-standing client relationships will be a key focus along with exceeding client expectations and driving value-based outcomes and service.
Ideally the successful candidate will have 3+ years as an Account Manager or Sales Executive and truly understand the importance of enhancing business by building genuine customer relationships. The ideal candidate will also possess the following:
- A self-motivated, team approach with a hunger to meet and exceed client expectations
- Proficiency with sales cycle management planning and reporting
- High-level communication, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation, planning and organisation skills
