The Marketing Manager - Customer Loyalty is a newly created role, based at the Sydney office but strongly connected to the front line of all venues. The successful candidate will bring fresh ideas for how to enhance the customer experience via effective marketing and promotional strategies, strengthening the customer relationship and loyalty to our venues. Previous experience in gaming hospitality and loyalty programs is essential.
In this role, it is expected that you will:
- Work with key stakeholders to develop focused, customer-led marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve agreed goals and targets
- Assist in the execution of loyalty marketing strategies across the business
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and venue teams to ensure the successful growth of the Loyalty Program
- Utilise data to make optimal decisions and drive marketing outcomes
- Identify opportunities for and coordinate Loyalty Program-based initiatives and events
