Job Description
Our client, a sought-after local Government organisation is seeking a temporary staff member to assist in providing administrative support to the WHS Manager in meeting Council's obligations to provide a safe and healthy working environment. An immediate start is available, and we are seeking someone for 25hrs per week, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to WHS Manager
Provide accurate and consistent WHS information and assistance to staff and customers by resolving enquiries or referring to relevant staff as appropriate.
Complete tasks that require specialised technical/administrative skills.
Process accounts payable.
Manages, provides advice and support to the Contractor Management System.
Provision of administrative support to the Return-to-Work Coordinator and the Health and Wellness Program.
Skillset sought
Tertiary qualification in WHS or equivalent experience is desirable
Advanced computer literacy in MS Office programs.
Proven ability to produce high quality, accurate, written reports and presentation material in a timely manner.
