Due to the increased workload resulting from Cyclone Alfred, we are seeking motivated and reliable candidates for various temporary roles in the building insurance industry. These positions are available across multiple locations in Newcastle and the surrounding areas.
We have a range of roles to suit different skill sets, commencing immediately including:

  • Customer Service

  • Claims Administration

  • Bookings and Scheduling

These temporary assignments range from 4 to 12 weeks, with the potential for extension based on business needs. Successful candidates will play a key role in supporting our teams during this busy period, contributing to ensuring a smooth and efficient recovery process for affected customers.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders

  • Assist with claims administration tasks

  • Support bookings and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

  • Communicate with customers, contractors, and insurance teams

  • Manage and update records and documentation as required

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or insurance is preferred but not essential

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work efficiently and adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive and solutions-focused attitude
