About the opportunity
Skildare is seeking a Systems & Administration Officer to play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience, this role supports systems, processes and office operations across the Skildare group, with some exposure to marketing and digital activity. It’s a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, helping others and being at the heart of a high-performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting and administering business systems including Office 365, Accelo, HubSpot, SharePoint, Shopify and related platforms
Acting as first point of contact for basic IT and systems support
Coordinating onboarding, training and internal system updates
Keeping websites, listings and digital assets up to date
Providing day-to-day administration and office coordination
Liaising with service providers and supporting team events and initiatives

You’re organised, tech-confident and enjoy supporting people. You take pride in creating a welcoming, well-run workplace and bring a positive, collaborative approach to everything you do.
You will also:
Strong administration and time management skills
Confident using Office 365 and digital systems
Clear communicator with great attention to detail
Professional, friendly and proactive
Curious, adaptable and keen to learn
