About the role
The newly appointed Strategic Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and driving growth within emerging and breakthrough markets, both locally and internationally, to support the continued success and expansion of the organisation.
In collaboration with the Executive Leadership team, you will take charge of pinpointing new opportunities, crafting effective strategies, and forging strong relationships in targeted markets. Your role will involve in-depth market analysis, strategic planning, and proactive engagement to help the organisation meet growth objectives. You’ll be responsible for spearheading initiatives that align with the overall business goals, and your efforts will be crucial in positioning the company as a leader in new and evolving markets.
Key priorities include:
Conduct targeted market research across the Australian aged care, disability, and health sectors to uncover and maximise opportunities for growth.
Drive growth by identifying “emerging and breakthrough” customers and markets that may include retirement and lifestyle villages, hospital rehabilitation or outpatient programs, among others.
Map relevant government tenders and programs at the federal, state, and local levels to ensure the company is well-positioned to participate.
Present solid business cases for potential expansion in adjacent markets, such as New Zealand and Canada.
Work with the GM and Executive team to develop a new market playbook, identifying the access points and channels needed for success.
Collaborate with operational teams to align business development efforts with broader operational strategies for sustainable growth.
The role comes with a competitive salary and the organisation is committed to recognising and rewarding significant contribution to business growth.
