This newly created leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the strategic direction and future growth of a high-performing service portfolio.
  
A newly created leadership opportunity has emerged for an experienced and forward-thinking Strategy Growth & Service Manager to shape the strategic direction of a high-performing industrial services business, operating across the energy, infrastructure, and resources sectors.
  
In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the growth of a diverse service portfolio, leading a talented team to identify market opportunities, innovate solutions, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Working closely with senior executives and cross-functional leaders, you will develop and execute strategies that enhance customer experience, build strategic partnerships, and position the organisation for long-term success.
  
About the role
  
This role will see you:
  • Lead the strategic direction of the service portfolio, driving growth, innovation, and market expansion.
  • Develop and execute business and marketing strategies that strengthen customer relationships and increase market share.
  • Collaborate across delivery, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions.
  • Foster and mentor a high-performing team across sales, solutions, and tendering functions.
  • Build and maintain key alliances with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify emerging market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies that future-proof the business.
About you
  
You are a commercially astute leader with a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within the industrial, energy, renewables, utilities, or mining-related sectors. You bring:
  • 10+ years’ experience leading teams in technical or service-based environments.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate vision into execution.
  • Strong relationship management skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • A track record of driving growth, improving performance, and delivering measurable results.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline.
