Wideline is seeking a Showroom Sales Executive to join the Tuggerah showroom, playing a key role in supporting the business across the Central Coast region.

About the opportunity
This role sits at the heart of the customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom or making enquiries, guiding them through product options and supporting them from initial discussion through to quote, order and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Relationships: Grow and retain key accounts by building strong, trusted relationships and delivering consistent value to customers.
Sales Growth & Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads, strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers, and uncover opportunities to expand product offerings.
Sales Performance & Results: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through focused execution, continuous improvement, and innovative sales strategies.
Quoting & Technical Accuracy: Prepare accurate, timely quotes with strong attention to detail, including interpreting building plans and project requirements.
Customer Issue Resolution: Resolve customer queries and complaints quickly and effectively, maintaining high satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Product Expertise & Team Collaboration: Act as a trusted product expert while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless, aligned sales experience.
About you
This role is centered on relationship management and is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with people and is driven to deliver the right solutions for every customer.
It suits an individual who thrives on building strong, long-term client relationships and takes pride in understanding customer needs to provide tailored, value-driven outcomes.
In addition, you will bring:
Experience in a similar role, or within the industry is preferred, with a particular emphasis on the windows and doors or building sector. While prior experience is valued, a candidate with a strong willingness to learn and grow will excel in this role. Experience with Softech V6 estimating software would be advantageous.
Proven sales experience: A proactive approach to generating leads and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets would be ideal, however trade experience is also highly regarded.
Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs, with exceptional attention to detail to deliver the best solutions for each unique requirement.
Relationship Builder: Skilled at establishing and nurturing strong relationships with both existing and potential customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product information and support to clients.
Hardworking Attitude: Be 100% reliable. Strong time management and organisational skills.
Team Player: Collaboration with internal staff and external clients to coordinate sales efforts and achieve goals, emphasising teamwork.
