About the Role

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be entrusted with more than just delivery. You will lead programs, drive commercial and productivity outcomes, mentor others, and engage directly with clients. You will work alongside leaders who lead by example and create space for you to step up and succeed.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver infrastructure projects end to end, ensuring safety, quality, program, and commercial targets are achieved

  • Manage programs using Microsoft Project and oversee real time cost forecasting, procurement, and claims via Jobpac

  • Mentor and lead engineering and site teams to deliver high quality outcomes

  • Build strong, solution focused relationships with clients and project partners

  • Champion a proactive safety culture through site leadership, audits, and risk management

  • Drive quality assurance by implementing and maintaining ITPs and QA processes

  • Actively support a culture of continuous improvement, team development, and internal promotion

  
Your Skills and Experience

You are technically sharp and commercially astute, but more than that, you want to contribute, build, and grow. You bring;

  • At least five years’ experience in a project engineering role within civil or infrastructure projects

  • Strong capability in forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration

  • High proficiency in preparing and delivering project programs

  • Experience using Microsoft Project and Office Suite, with exposure to Jobpac and Expert Estimation desirable

  • A collaborative leadership style with a focus on mentoring and supporting others

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

  • A practical, humble mindset with a strong desire to step into more responsibility
