The Role

The Senior Manager, HR Information Systems is accountable for the management of HR business systems at the University. This includes responsibility for ongoing process improvement and ensuring excellent, fit-for-purpose service to University leaders and staff that adapts to changing circumstances. 

This exciting opportunity will be a fixed term contract until December 2022 on a full time basis, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

About you

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience in Human Resources or Information Systems; or extensive management experience and proven management expertise; or and equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

  • Passion for and proven ability to drive improvement and for delivering organisational outcomes.

  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining and administering Human Resources information systems.

  • Sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to liaise effectively at all levels, including senior management to resolve challenging issues.
