About The Role
In this role, you would be responsible for the scheduling of Estimators and Site Supervisors, coordinating quotes, managing run sheets and diaries, and overseeing logistics across NSW and QLD. Acting as a key point of contact between customers, insurers, and internal teams, the role ensures smooth scheduling, accurate record-keeping, and efficient workflows.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate Estimator and Site Supervisor appointments.

  • Manage calendars, run sheets, and client records.

  • Liaise with customers, insurance contacts, and internal teams to organise job logistics.

  • Resolve scheduling discrepancies and queries professionally.

  • Support new job registration and administrative processes.

About You

  • Experience coordinating appointments with external stakeholders, ensuring schedules align and run smoothly.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

  • Proactive, practical, and results-driven

  • A team player who can adapt and think on your feet

  • Experience in the building or insurance industries is desirable
