About the opportunity
  
The Regional Manager will lead a portfolio of Reflections Holidays’ coastal and inland parks from Red Rock in the north, Nambucca Heads in the south and Mookerawa Waters in the central west. The region excitingly boasts Lake Keepit Park, home of Reflections’ brand new luxury wilderness resort Wilderluxe. The ideal location to be living is in the Greater Newcastle Area as the Regional Manager will work from the Wickham Base Camp when not travelling and visiting parks.

As Regional Manager you will:

  • Create Alignment and Accountability – Establish clear goals that align a unit’s efforts with the organisation’s goals; ensures synergies between people, processes, and strategies to drive flawless execution of business objectives.

  • Ensure Profitable Growth – Manage work groups to utilise resources wisely to maximise profit.

  • Shape Business Unit Strategy – Translate organisational strategies into focused, actionable plans to ensure successful realisation.

  • Attract, Develop, and Retain Talent – Attract, develop and retain talent to ensure that people with the right skills and motivations are in the right place at the right time to meet business needs.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Partnerships – Build and leverage formal or informal high-performing cross-boundary partnerships with the organisation.

About you
  
We are looking for an experienced, innovative, and engaging leader who has experience in a multi-site management role, ideally in tourism, hospitality, or retail. Being effective whether on-site or from afar is key to success in this role and you will enjoy traveling as part of your role.
  
Other key skills and attributes we are seeking include:

  • Proven track record of successful business management, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning, financial management and resource allocation.

  • Sound commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset to develop new income streams.

  • Proven experience building meaningful and beneficial relationships and partnerships, with a focus on community engagement.

  • High level of emotional intelligence with a talent for interpersonal effectiveness.

As a leader who loves to continuously learn, you are known for proactively building the capacity and capability of teams beyond what they may have ever thought was possible!
