We are looking for a strong Recruitment Administrator to support our team with all things admin and help keep our recruitment processes running smoothly. Working within our Support Hub, you will support the recruitment team across the business, delivering consistent administrative support and contributing to a positive client and candidate experience.
Ideally, you will have at least two years’ administration experience, particularly in a role with a compliance focus. This role is well-suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident across the Microsoft Office suite, comfortable using multiple tech platforms at once, and have a natural curiosity for streamlining processes, including an interest in utilising AI.
Key duties will include:
Preparing documents including proposals, shortlists and candidate profiles
Preparing employment documents and coordinating onboarding of temporary staff
Coordinating and managing WHS and compliance checks
Writing, editing and posting job advertisements (just like this one!)
Scheduling interviews and sending meeting confirmations
Supporting the nurturing of client and candidate relationships
General administration and reception tasks as required

Located on King Street in Newcastle, peoplefusion is a locally based, specialised recruitment agency providing temporary, contract and permanent recruitment, as well as HR services, to clients across Newcastle and the Hunter. You’ll be joining a close-knit, supportive team and collaborating across all areas of the business as we continue to grow.
Details of the role:
Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Primarily office-based, with some flexibility following training
Modern CBD office close to the harbour, beach and great cafés
Structured onboarding and ongoing training
