About the opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for a coordination-focused property professional who enjoys building strong relationships with tenants, landlords, trades, and internal teams to deliver an elevated service experience!
In this role, you will:
Coordinate repairs and maintenance across a large property portfolio
Liaise with tenants, landlords, and trades to ensure works are completed efficiently
Obtain and distribute quotes and issue work orders
Provide consistent follow-up and updates to all stakeholders
Ensure all processes comply with current legislation and company procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the maintenance process

About you
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have current experience in Property Management, with a strong background in repairs and maintenance coordination.
Hold a Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) – desirable.
Possess a solid understanding of current Property Management legislation.
Demonstrate a genuine passion for real estate with strong attention to detail.
Show initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Display strong written and verbal communication skills.
Hold a current Australian driver’s licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
