About the opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for a property manager who values people and seeks meaningful engagement to be a part of something bigger and join a growing brand that’s making a big impact in the market and redefining the standard of property management!
Key responsibilities include:
Build strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants elevating and providing a next-level experience
Conduct all inspections required to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
Action repairs and maintenance requests promptly, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders
Accurately preparing entry and exit inspection reports
Handle tenancy applications, lease commencements and terminations with accuracy at a high level of attention to detail
Be an experienced negotiator when it comes to lease renewals and rental increases.
Stay on top of daily arrears management
In addition to some fantastic benefits, this role is also supported by an additional external admin team who complete the daily rent receipt, mid and end-of-month disbursements, and invoice processing using leading-edge technology.For experienced Property Managers, this additional support is a game-changer!

About you
We're seeking an individual with a mature, ethical approach, genuinely committed to the best outcomes for all stakeholders. You're a problem-solving pro and a skilled negotiator. Alongside these traits, you possess a deep understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and local market dynamics.
Essential criteria include having your own reliable car and current NSW Drivers Licence.
