About the Role
This position is centred on project engineering, overseeing the delivery of electrical and site projects from concept through to commissioning. You’ll coordinate project planning, manage site activities, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to scope. You’ll be involved in diverse projects across NSW and QLD, offering the chance to broaden your experience and work on initiatives of different scale and complexity.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
Undertake site inspections, collecting accurate notes and photographs.
Liaise with internal teams, customers, and subcontractors to achieve project outcomes.
Support tendering activities through estimating and pricing input.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures and value-engineering opportunities.
Maintain strong safety, compliance, and quality assurance practices.
Skills and Experience
Electrical trade qualification or higher in a relevant field
Proven track record delivering projects in mining, or heavy industrial setting
Experience working with High Voltage systems
Capability to contribute to estimating and project tendering processes
Experience working with High Voltage systems
Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
Current driver’s licence and willingness to work across different project sites
