Support women and children impacted by domestic and family violence
Join a national pilot program delivering innovative outreach healthcare
Part-time role (3 days) with a compassionate, values-driven team
Are you a compassionate Nurse Practitioner seeking a role where your care truly changes lives? Join a groundbreaking national pilot program designed to improve health outcomes for women and children experiencing domestic, family, and sexual violence (DFSV) while residing in crisis accommodation across the Central Coast.
As part of a multi-disciplinary outreach healthcare team, you’ll deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based, and developmentally appropriate care that empowers women and children to rebuild their health, confidence, and wellbeing.

Provide autonomous clinical consultations within your Nurse Practitioner scope, including prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and managing referrals.
Deliver comprehensive health assessments, early interventions, and ongoing clinical support to women and children impacted by DFSV.
Collaborate closely with GPs, allied health professionals, refuge staff, and community stakeholders to ensure coordinated, person-centred care.
Lead initiatives that improve clinical practice, promote health literacy, and advocate for patient wellbeing.
Ensure high standards of clinical governance, safety, and quality care in all interactions.
Contribute to continuous quality improvement and data-driven service evaluation.
