We’re seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong focus on content strategy and execution to elevate the peoplefusion brand. You’ll plan, create and schedule engaging content across our key platforms, drive a consistent digital presence, and deliver innovative campaigns that amplify our story and connect with our audiences.

The Opportunity

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of peoplefusion’s marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on creating and delivering multi-channel content and campaigns that elevate our brand and showcase the impact of our recruitment superstars. You’ll collaborate closely with the leadership team to support commercial outcomes, while being backed by our talented support hub who assist with day-to-day marketing execution. This is a part time opportunity (24-30 hours).

Other key duties include:

  • Lead peoplefusion’s brand presence through consistent messaging, visual identity and high-quality marketing collateral.

  • Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns with leadership and recruiters, showcasing specialisations and service offerings, and report on outcomes.

  • Drive social media strategy and execution, including content planning, scheduling, daily management and digital community growth.

  • Write engaging content including blogs, social posts, case studies, industry commentary and client communications.

  • Oversee digital platforms by keeping the website fresh, accurate and SEO-aligned, and managing EDMs, nurture campaigns and marketing activities.

  • Produce and update marketing assets such as proposals, presentations, brochures, templates and event materials.

  • Support event and sponsorship visibility through coordinated promotional activity and marketing project support.

About you

As peoplefusion’s marketing expert, you’ll thrive collaborating with a fast-paced, dynamic and fun team, confidently operating as the go-to in an autonomous role. You bring enthusiasm, initiative and a genuine passion for marketing - someone who enjoys writing, creating content, juggling multiple tasks and seeing your work make a real impact.
You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar.

  • Experience in hands-on marketing with strong copywriting and content creation skills.

  • Confidence managing social media strategy, scheduling and digital content.

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to jump in and support the team.

Highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a professional services environment, such as recruitment, legal or finance.

  • Experience using CRM/marketing automation tools and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Event planning and coordination experience.
