As the firm embarks on the next chapter of its growth journey, they are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Head of Systems, Process & CX to drive operational effectiveness, technology optimisation, and client-centred transformation.
About the opportunity
This is a critical leadership role focused on improving internal systems, enhancing client experience, and leading cross-functional change initiatives. You will partner with the Managing Partner and senior leadership to build the operational backbone needed to sustain growth, unlock efficiency, and deliver value across every touchpoint.
You will lead strategic and operational delivery across a range of initiatives, including:
Optimising and integrating systems, platforms, and technology to align with strategic objectives
Leading process reengineering to reduce inefficiencies, scale capability, and drive high-quality outcomes
Designing and embedding client experience (CX) strategies that enhance engagement and satisfaction
Managing IT vendor relationships and outsourced service providers to ensure cost-effective, secure solutions
Leading complex projects with strong ROI discipline, governance, and milestone tracking
Building a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence

About you
You will bring strategic insight, a flair for systems thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional business outcomes. You will have:
At least 5 years’ experience in senior systems, process transformation, or CX roles, preferably within a professional services environment.
Demonstrated success in technology integration and process improvement in a complex environment
Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence change across the business
Qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related disciplines
