We have an exceptional opportunity for a values-driven educational leader to inspire excellence, foster inclusive learning, and to lead the local school community into its next chapter in a future focused environment. We are seeking an experienced education leader with a commitment to upholding faith-based ethos in a dynamic environment.
  
About the Role

As Principal in this mid North Coast school, you will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction and daily operations of the school. You will provide strong leadership, ensuring the highest standards in teaching and learning, student wellbeing, staff development, and community engagement.
You will champion the school’s identity, embedding spiritual and ethical values into school life while driving innovation, sustainability, and academic success.
Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute the School’s Strategic Plan, driving excellence in curriculum, pedagogy, and student outcomes.

  • Uphold the Christian traditions of the School, modelling integrity, compassion, and spiritual leadership.

  • Oversee compliance, enrolments, policy implementation, and day-to-day operations.

  • Lead and mentor staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and innovation.

  • Build strong relationships with students, families, staff, the broader organisation, and wider community.

  • Manage budgets and resources with integrity and transparency, ensuring long-term sustainability.

We are seeking a collaborative and engaging leader with a strong faith foundation, a deep understanding of contemporary education, and a commitment to student-centred learning. To be successful, you will have:

  • Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field

  • Extensive experience in teaching and educational leadership (preferably in independent or faith-based settings)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead whole-school strategy, staff, and community engagement

  • In-depth understanding of curriculum, compliance, and school operations

  • Proven capacity to lead change, drive improvement, and inspire excellence

  • Experience managing budgets and ensuring financial sustainability

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Commitment to child safety and wellbeing

  • Visionary and strategic thinker

  • Emotionally intelligent and empathetic

  • Resilient, innovative, and ethically grounded
