About the Opportunity
With 3 Beachside Holiday Parks, operating from Fingal Bay, Shoal Bay, and Halifax, the Holiday Parks are thriving and the team are seeking some additional Guest Services Officers to join them on a casual basis, working across a 7-day rotating roster between the 3 parks.
You'll play an essential role in providing a high standard of customer experience to guests as they check-in, check-out, enquire around landmark locations or ask for your recommendations on the best kept secrets of Port Stephens!
Utilising the NewBook System, you'll be a customer experience extraordinaire and have an ability to build rapport and trust with each guest, having a natural knack for problem solving when required.
Commencement: to be negotiated with the successful candidate.
Hourly Rate: $32.73 / hour
Arrangement: rotating 7-day roster, an ability to work across each day with rosters provided months in advance.
Location: ability to work across all 3 Holiday Parks as operationally required.
