About the opportunity
  
We’re looking for a Graphic & Digital Designer to create visually engaging, user-centred designs that elevate the brand across web, digital and campaign channels.
  
Working closely with the Marketing team and broader business, you’ll design for websites, social media, email campaigns, and product launches - turning ideas into clean, intuitive and on-brand visual experiences that drive engagement and results.
  
Key responsibilities

  • Design engaging digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and printable documents.

  • Develop creative visuals to promote existing and new products, including future sister brands.

  • Create brand and communication assets to support product launches and marketing campaigns.

  • Maintain and update the company website in WordPress, including landing pages and resource sections.

  • Review and update technical product manuals

  • Contribute to UI design for emerging platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Refresh and uphold brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital and marketing materials.

This is an exciting time for the brand, with new products and projects in the pipeline and the Graphic & Digital Designer will play a key role in bringing them to life.
  
About you
  
You’re a digitally minded designer with a keen eye for layout, detail, and user experience. Confident working from concept through to finished artwork, you blend creativity with technical precision and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your approach is confident and consultative, and you proactively seek feedback to continually refine and elevate your work.
  
Skills & experience

  • 5 + years’ experience in graphic and digital design.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Experience in Figma for UX/UI design and prototyping.

  • Understanding of responsive web design and accessibility best practices.

  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms for asset management.

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and user-focused design.
