About the opportunity
This is an exciting chance to take on a key leadership role within a growing organisation. As Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide strategic guidance to support decision-making and organisational growth reporting directly to the CEO.
This role will see you collaborating with the senior leadership team and Board, implementing best practices, and driving financial sustainability in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage all financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end processes
Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts to present to the Board
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry-specific financial requirements
Lead audits and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders
Identify and implement improvements to financial systems, processes, and controls
Provide strategic financial advice to support growth and operational efficiency
Mentor and lead the finance team to achieve excellence
About you
We’re seeking a proactive and results-oriented leader who has:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA qualifications are highly desirable)
Proven experience in a senior financial management role, ideally within the hospitality or club industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in financial software (Xero and Tanda experience preferred) and MS Excel
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
The ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment
