About the opportunity
  
This is an exciting chance to take on a key leadership role within a growing organisation. As Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide strategic guidance to support decision-making and organisational growth reporting directly to the CEO.
  
This role will see you collaborating with the senior leadership team and Board, implementing best practices, and driving financial sustainability in a fast-paced environment.
  
Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage all financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end processes

  • Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts to present to the Board

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry-specific financial requirements

  • Lead audits and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders

  • Identify and implement improvements to financial systems, processes, and controls

  • Provide strategic financial advice to support growth and operational efficiency

  • Mentor and lead the finance team to achieve excellence

About you
  
We’re seeking a proactive and results-oriented leader who has:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA qualifications are highly desirable)

  • Proven experience in a senior financial management role, ideally within the hospitality or club industry

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced proficiency in financial software (Xero and Tanda experience preferred) and MS Excel

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • The ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment
