About the opportunity
We are seeking a confident and charismatic professional with a passion for customer service to join this dynamic, family-owned organisation. For a customer service professional, this is an outstanding opportunity to thrive in a company driven by the values of Trust, Innovation, and Speed.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries with professionalism and care. You’ll also provide vital support to the sales team through order scheduling, follow-ups, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with office administration. It’s a chance to join a close-knit team where your contribution truly makes a difference.
Key responsibilities
Support Forte’s customer by providing prompt, professional and friendly service
Monitor and respond to customer enquiries, including phone calls, emails and proactive follow-ups
Provide support to Sales Reps as required, coordinating and arranging trials, samples, deliveries, and appointments
Manage and follow up on trials and consignment stock
Prepare/submit client quotations and proposals
General assistance with office and administrative duties as required
Report any issues or suggestions for improvement to management and promote a positive team culture
About you
